In teaching, Bob identifies each person’s goal and individual aesthetic and coaxes them in that direction. Classes and workshops exist as a combination of sharing specific skills with the class (wheel throwing, carving, handbuilding, glazing, fun, and more), while showing how that information is pertinent to each person.
